I would like to know the latest cooling measure on ABSD:

I have a HDB and paid of mortgage, if I buy a private now and keep the HDB, what will be the ABSD i should pay? 3% or 10%( for Singaporean)?

the private unit consider 1st or second property?

Afternoon Vincent,

ABSD payable by SC who intend to purchase their second property is at 7%, on top of the standard 3% Standard stamp duty.
