Hi,

When the Tenancy Agreement has been signed by both parties, it can be submitted for eStamping and approved on the same day (during working hours). Stamped TA will be officially recognized as a legal document, you can use the address thereafter.

If it involves HDB rental, online submission and approval can be done on same day as well. Thanks and may I be of further assistance?

Dear Tenant,

The whole process can be as fast as a couple of hours.

You will need to furnish a copy of IDs of all the occupants to the landlord which should be reflected in the tenancy agreement and have it sent for stamping.
