I would like to buy an one bedroom condo unit. Any idea is there any available unit TOP in 2017? What is the price PSF like? Lastly, I read a link on cooling measure by government. Any possibility PSF will drop? Thanks!

Maybe you can share more information like your residency status, finances (cash and CPF OA funds) on hand etc so I will able to advise you which are the units that are suitable for you.

In fact if you are purchasing balance units from the developer, you will be enjoying discounts so not to worry on that. I will fight for you.
