I would like to buy a condo under my budget;
as I am PR ( Single)I cannot buy HDB.
May anyone can advise me how are the steps and regulations or methods to buy a condo in Singapore?

1st step is to talk to a banker to check on your IPA.
I can get my mobile banker to assist you on this.
