Afternoon TT,

Let's look at the following few things:

1) Have you fulfilled your MOP?
2) How much you able to get from banks on the purchase?
3) Do you have enough CPF and cash to fill up the short fall if necessary?
4) Are you looking at new or resale EC? Are you SC or PR?
5) Are you looking at selling your investment units in short term to get capital gain or renting out for rental yield?

I would believe this few questions can give you better light.
