Hi Alif, If you don't have any outstanding housing loan, you can take up to 80% loan from bank based on 60% total debt servicing ratio. 20% downpayment will be 5% cash and 15% CPF/ cash. Other costs will be legal fees, valuation fees, stamp duty for mortgage and buyer's stamp duty if you are a Singapore citizen. Additional buyer's stamp duty will be applicable if you are a SPR or foreigner.
