Afternoon Rusli,
The asking price range for 4 bedroom unit in the East is from $1m, in Eunos Mansion to $4.5m to $4.4m in Ocean Park.
Assuming that the banks grants you 80% loan, 5% must be cash and 15% will have to be either Cash / CPF / CPF + Cash. The legal fees is around $2.8k with stamp fees ranging from $25k to $127k, which can be paid using CPF.

Hi Rusli,
Mike has done a great job in summarising the estimated amount you need in CPF for your impending purchase.
I would suggest that you approach a banker to do an estimation of how much you are eligible to loan from the bank for your purchase before commencing on search for your dream property. I do have several reliable bankers working closely with me should you need any introduction.
