Hi,

I can see the frustration in your posting.

It is quite useless to argue since you are at landlord mercy. The only thing you can do is to request back your deposit and shift out, because the landlord had break the contract by act; intrude your room without informing.

It is a basic courtesy even as a human, to at least inform the occupier before intrude into a personal space. Though not sure what type of Tenancy Agreement you have entered, but at least this is something a landlord should respect on "personal privacy and space".

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
