I work in Changi Business Park. I would prefer to rent a room where bus No. 20 stops nearby the house. Walking distance to either Tanah Merah MRT, Simei MRT, Expo MRT or Tampines MRT would be a preference. I like to cook in the weekends so I’m hoping cooking should not be prohibited in the house that I will rent. I prefer not to live with landlords. Queen size bed preferred. I can move in from June 30 onwards. No agents please. Thanks! Anne
