Sure, that's completely possible. As a direct owner, you can skip the step of going through the professional real estate qualifications and attempt to market your own property.
The first step is to familiarize yourself with the HDB sale and purchase process so can navigate the necessary policy guidelines and requirements when it comes to selling and buying HDBs.
Second step if you wish to use PropertyGuru is to sign up for an account to post your property, which will cost about $5,000-25,000, and decide how much extra money you want to pump into marketing expenses to attract buyers for your home.

Yes, you can, but you cannot advertise on PropertyGuru as an owner. Only licensed realtors in Singapore with paid subscription can put up advertisements on PropertyGuru.
Not sure exactly why you want to go through the hassle on your own to save the commission when the commission is only payable when there is a successful transaction, meaning that this amount can be built into the selling price.
