Afternoon Eric,

If you are SC above the age of 35, you are then eligible to purchase HDB resale unit under single scheme. As it's under single scheme, why would you need to purchase it with co-owner?

Hi Eric,

As long as you are a Singapore citizen and you are 35 years old and above, you are absolutely eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.
