I will be renting out my HDB 5-room at Bedok North Blk 406.Whole unit,fully furnished,high floor 21-25 and will be applying for HDB approval.Looking for long term lease due to migration.What is the best rate for this area?

Have completed the min occupation period MOP? You need to consider if the agent can manage the property in your absence.

    I have stayed there for 6 years.In what ways does the agent manage my property?Is there a fees for it?Do you have ready tenants?Unit will be available in Jan 2011.
