I will be relocating to Singapore in September. I am looking for a studio or 1-bed condo that is new, nicely furnished, and close to MRT. Property size doesn't matter. My budget would fall between S$2500~3000/mth. In addition, I will be working at the Marina Bay Financial Center. Can someone please recommend some properties that fit my category? Thank you.

Hi Leah,

If you are moving to Singapore in September, you might want to start shortlisting the suitable condos in august, about 1 month in advance. After which, when the time draws nearer say 1-2 weeks before you relocate, I will be able to arrange viewings straightaway when you arrive. Will you be on corporate lease or personal lease?

You might want to look at the condos that are near central within 10 mins walk to MRT. Some options that are within budget are Trellis Tower, Mackenzie 88, Thomson V One.. I can send you more information to prepare you.
