Dear tenant,

I have placed a number of tenants within the Harbourfront locality within the past 2 years, where the tenants have ease of travel within town and office. It will greatly depends on your housing allowance to match your requirements but a relatively cheaper project you may consider could be Harbourlights, although it is relatively old, it has good facilities. A premium option will be Reflections at Keppel Bay.

Get in touch with me more in details on what you are working on as well as any limitations you foresee. It would be great also to find out when do you intend to commence lease and the duration of lease you are considering. I can guide you through the entire process of rental, from house hunting, viewing arrangements and the necessary paperwork.

It will be better for you to have a selection of international schools in mind first before we can focus more in depth into the location of your rental property within will be in turn within proximity to your workplace, your children's school, city etc.

Hello there,

In your situation, there are 2 important factors :
1. ease of getting to school
2. ease of getting to work

Ideally, you should live between the school and work place.
But when the 2 are too far apart, then you need to decide which is more important to you.

So before you decide where to live, you should decide WHICH International school you are planning to send your children to.

They are International school throughout Singapore. Some are 'nationality' specific , example Australian International school, Or German, or Canadian or American school. Some are not.

If you can provide me with more info on the School factor, I will be able to advise you and help you find the perfect abode.

In the last 6 months, I have successfully placed 4 expat families in similar situation as yours, 1 Brazilian family, 2 British families ( 1 Scottish and 1 English) and 1 French family.
