I was offered first time above 1900 psf for my studio at The Clift this week,with many other agents following up calling me to sell.
Can any of you advise me to sell now or wait till it TOP end of this year?? Thanks!

Hello Melvyn,

normally, as a project gets nearer to TOP, the price will go up a bit. If you have met your expected profit with this offer, then you can go ahead and let go. I'm marketing a 774sqft 2 bedder there, would appreciate if you can email me more details of your unit so I can swing potential buyers over. Have a great weekend!
