But if you have already made the purchase, then I'm afraid there will be no refund of further claims or discount from developer.

You will not be able to claim back the difference once you have purchased, hence, you will need t be watchful of the price purchased.

May I ask which project you are looking at? Generally we have a working rapport with developers and stand in a better position to negotiate for your price. If you don't have an agent, it's advisable that you engage an agent to assist you with negotiation as this could save you thousands of dollars. Moreover, no agent fees are payable as you are purchasing a private property!
