I was looking for a agent who is a specialist in Tanjong Rhu area. I am looking to rent a property in next month or two. I want to stick with one agent who can show me various property in the area. it will be better for me and the agent as we both will understand the requirements better.

My requirements
2/3 BHK
Must have maids room
Good breeze and ample light, low road noise
Building should have either decent access to Basic Groceries (in campus or close by) and Bus/MRT. I commute to 1 Raffles quay.
No specific floor requirement

Lease term : 2 years

Interested Properties: Costa Rhu, Parkshore, etc.

I will make myself available on the weekend to view all the properties.
