I was a Spore PR when i bought a condo 4 years ago. I got a job in another country 2 years ago . I did not renew my PR this May, that means I am not PR now but I still own that condo ?& currently rented out. Can I know do I have to pay extra property tax with my current status now? And, if I sell the condo now, do I incur extra tax payment for this sale as a foreigner.Thks.

Hi,W,

1). You need not pay extra property tax.
2). There's no extra seller tax as a foreigner.
3). If there was usage of CPF for downpayment or bankloan installment, the sales proceed cash should deduct these amount plus interest as well as some extra tax because you are now not PR already.
