Hi,

If you have held the property for more than 4 years, there is no seller stamp duty payable. The CPF and accrued interest you have utilized for the property will be refunded back to your OA. There is no capital gains tax for property in Singapore.

It is not advisable to sell your la fiesta condo unless you have cleared your 4 year ownership period or SSD .

Alternatively you may want to consider renting out your condo until your property clear the SSD.

If payable , A financial penalty SSD seller stamp duty ranges from from 4% - 16%.
