I want to rent out my hdb flat but the parents is PR but the child is on entry pass as he is in the midst of applying PR. Can i rent my flat to them? Will i have problem registering at hdb? They are all malaysian.

Hi,

You could rent out to the couple as both are PR but for their child, he or she would not be considered as a legal tenant due to invalid pass.
