I want to rent out a room at Tampines sharing with me( 2 person in a room, 4 people total), just refurbish the house 2 years ago. come with aircon, Wifi. Sharing toilet and living with 2 elderly. the location is very near to Temasek Polytechnic. just want to ask how to start renting and the pricing.
