I want to rent an apartment which will act as SOHO - a place where i can stay with my family as well as conduct business.Is it legal and if yes, what type of property should I look for? Also, what is the service charge for a real estate agent?

I have a unit at SOHO LIFE which suits your requirements. It is a SOHO-styled office which you can conduct business.

My unit is 431sqft, corner unit facing Joo Chiat Road, at $3,000.
