I want to purchase a studio condo apartment ( as a foreigner ). could some one suggest me good deals near sengkang/punggol for immediate to end of 2012 as parchase target ( not interested in TOP of 2013/14/15s ).

May I know what is your budget for the studio apartment?

As of now, I will recommend you these 3 good buys in District 19:

1) Kovan Granduer => Ard $550k (studio)
2) Suites @ Kovan => Ard $620k (studio)
3) Compass Heights => Ard $750k (1-BR unit)

The 1st two are near to Kovan MRT station while Compass Heights is directly above Sengkang MRT station.
