The land size is about 1858 sqft and I would estimated the valuation to be in the region of 3.7 mil to 4 mil. However, the valuation also depends on factors such as the interior condition of the house etc.

The best way to do a rough valuation is the check with your bankers. As every landed property is different, the final survey by the buyer's banker will take place only then they exercise the OTP. So, whether you are seller or buyer, do talk to your bankers first.

You should ask your banker for an indicative valuation. If you are a seller, you can look at the listing in property guru and call and select an agent to market the unit. You should interview them before you select one. Read More
