I want to buy a 4 room flat around Jurong East St. 32 and third timer. My husband is 50 yrs old want to buy under his name. We got 120,000 CPF. We only can afford to pay agent by installment.

Under HDB ruling, being married couple, the unit need to be purchase under both names, unless you are neither citizen nor SPR. With your spouse age, we will need to know how much loan he is eligible for.
