I want to buy a 2BR condo in D12-D16. Most of the condos I browsed indicate TOP in 2014 or 2015. How do I find condos which will be available in 2012 or early 2013 and are not sold out?

Will you consider D9-D11 as well? I do know some 2 rooms on sale from D9-D16. Can you let me know your budget and I will do the search for you. FYI I will not take and agent fees from you. Thanks.
