I understand that I can renting whole unit to:
"Work Permit holders from Construction, Marine and Process sectors must be Malaysians. Work Permit holders from the Manufacturing sector must also be Malaysians if renting a whole HDB flat."

Must the Malaysian tenant be working in construction, marine and process or manufacturing sectors?
Can I rent out my whole unit to work permit holder who are Malaysian, but not working in these sectors? I have potential tenant who's a sale associate in fashion industrial (apparel). Can I rent the whole unit to him? There are 5 of them. Some in other industry.

Hi,

You had read the instructions the other way round.
Only Malaysian in constructions, marine & process are allowed to stay in HDB flat, the rest of Nationality who are working in the above sectors are to be stay in dormitory provided by employer.

The rest of sectors has no restrictions to stay in HDB flat.
