I think it is utter madness spending $800k to 1 million on a 400+sqft 99yr leasehold condo in an area surrounded by HDB flats in far flung Jurong town. I personally think this condo is grossly overpriced. Is there any justification why this is a good investment in terms of capital gains and rental?

Hi Sally, I would suggest other project instead. For that budget of 1m, you could go for a freehold at City Fringe area for good rental gain.

No, I won't consider this project. As some agents mentioned, there are better buys in the city fringe/central with the same amount of money.
