You can only buy EC that is more than 5 years and is allow to sell after their MOP (minimum occupation period). You are not allow to buy if it is still with restriction.

You will only be able to purchase a resale EC of more than 5 years , after the 5 years MOP have been complete. I believe you asked a question of similar nature 1-2 days back and I believe you may not be familiar with this whole process and regulations. You are eligible to purchase resale EC that the first owners had already met their MOP. If you want to go fro brand new EC, or those resale EC units that were forced to sell prior their MOP, you will have to meet all the eligibility conditions before you are able to purchase the unit.

You are eligible to purchase resale EC once the seller have fulfilled their MOP. As for those sellers that are granted special approval to sell prior MOP, it would be hard for any of us to commit that such units are available. However, we can try our best to match it up for you.
