i sold my hdb flat on nov 2010. the flat was bought resale from open market with cpf grant. is it true i'm not eligible to buy ec before 30 months from that date? thx!

Hi Bobz,

The 30 months is only applied to pte property, not HDB flat.
I'm marketing all the new ECs launches in Singapore, and the upcoming EC is Twin Waterfalls @ Punggol.

Morning Bobz,

I'm not sure where you get the data from but the answer is NO. You are not allowed to purchase new HDB unit 30 months from the selling of your private property, which does not apply for your case.
