I sold my flat already so no property in hand,and now I want to upgrade to private condo,do i need to pay ABSD?

Hi Sir/Mdm, 1st property for Singaporeans, there will be no absd incurred. 1st property for PR will incur a 5% absd and for foreigners will be a 15% absd. Hope that answers your question. Hi, if you are PRs or Foreigners, you still have to pay ABSD even is your 1st purchase. Only if you are a local citizen then your 1st ourcahse is normal 3%.
