I signed the tenancy agreement & inventory list not knowing that all the bedroom keys was not provide.

Landlord agent told me no keys to all the bedrooms door and i had signed the inventory list. They will not be proving me any keys to the bedrooms doors.

Since the unit was given 30 days warranty on all fixture and fitting?

Can i claimed under door without key = defective? What if my 3 yrs old son accidentally lock himself in the room?

Kindly advise?

Hi, since the TA and inventory list has been signed, there is really nothing much you could do accept to keep requesting the room keys from the landlord agent. If all else fails, you might want to bring in a locksmith and to pay him for the duplication of keys for all the rooms.
