I signed a tenancy agreement with 1 tenant earlier. Now I need to add 1 more tenant for the same room. They are couple. Do I amend the agreement? Or do I made another agreement for the new tenant? Note: The rental remain, no increment.

Hi Javarion, you can choose to do up a new agreement too.

    Thanks Aaron for the answer. If I do up a new agreement, how do I update the HDB? do I terminate the old one or simply add a new tenant? And do the tenant need to re-do the stamp duty?
