Did you go through the tenancy agreement to see if there is such a clause that allows you to revise the rent according to rental market or interest rates and rising maintenance costs? What if in the event of market downturn, your tenant also look into revising the rent downwards? Will you be ready to slash rental in the middle of a tenancy term? Read More
