I (SC) would like to purchase a HDB resale flat with my mother (LTVP). How do I know how much I can loan through HLE and private banks?

Good Day:
You need apply HLE from HDB. And I can ask banker do IPA for loan. Please take note that your father 's name must included if he is still around.

As for HLE, you can apply for it online but as for bank loan, I can get my bankers to assist you accordingly.

Hello!

It's pretty straight-forward - for HLE, you will need to apply directly from HDB, and for bank loan, you will need a banker to assist you in doing an IPA to find out the indicative amount.
