I(SC)intend to transfer the ownership to my wife(SPR) as a gift in the next few weeks, we purchased HDB from open market 8 years ago with no subsidy from HDB, and we cleared the loan few years ago.
My question is, after the transfer of ownership, can I(as an occupier) purchase a private property under my name only? Do we have to sale the HDB? If we don't have to sale the HDB, do I have to live in the HDB？
