I saw the layout of J Gateway and am shocked at the extremely high psf pricing despite the huge amounts of wasted space (i.e. aircon ledges, balconies and bay windows). Shouldn't the psf pricing be far lesser as these wasted space don't count for much in the gross floor area? I think it is about time the government clamp down on these unethical sales tactics.
