I’m trying to find a two room or studio rental from HDB or private condo for my mom and with her maid, preferably the whole unit instead of just room only. Is it difficult to find that unit, consider her age (>80 yo) & not working ? We definitely are able to prove the ability to pay the rent.

Hi

it is not difficult to find one such unit.

however, you might need to take the tenancy under your name, with your MOM and helper as Occupants, since they are not the paying party.
