I’m PR and my husband is sporean . But my husband only can be owner and I’m the borrower . And LDAU only approved if myself and husband only . Can’t under my single name . So kindly advise can I buy landed

Hi Mdm,

Yes, non-Citizen will need to seek LDAU approval if they wish to purchase a landed property in Singapore. It's only upon approval that you can proceed to purchase the landed property.
