I rented out my condo a few months ago. It was a 2 years lease. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to move out of my house and I am considering terminating the rental lease and move to my condo to stay. The lease did not state the compensation for tenant. How mush should I compensate my tenants?

Hi, yes you are right to say that the TA does not state compensation clause towards the tenant but you also can't move in freely as you like as well. So the best way is still to have a meet up with the tenant and to settle the matter amiacably .

As it is not covered within a typical tenancy agreement for landlord to break lease, what I was taught was that this is implying that landlord cannot break lease. In your scenario, you will need to speak to the tenant directly and work out the premature termination terms and conditions.
