I recently forgo a snp for a ec condo thinking that the loan i was approve is not enough. To my suprise the offered loan was more than sufficient for me to proceed. It was a calculation error. Is there any way i can agreed to the snp again. Ive already email the solicitor that i decided to cancel the purchase thus incurring a 25% lost of my deposit.
