I recently bought a penthouse in distict 22. Looking at the layout it is much smaller than the 2100 sg ft. Do you know where can I get a expert opinion abt the size.
Also the unit has a double volume height in the living room. Does this being considered as twice the area in calculating the totalarea of the flat?
