I read that Estuary at Yishun TOP date is 2013. Looking at the construction progress, any chance that it might be earlier? If not, in which quarter is the TOP 2013 is in?

I preferred higher floor facing the reservoir , which stack has the better view?

Hi Steve,

Usually TOP will be earlier than is stated in the brochure. My feel is it will be all ready by 1st hald 2013. Exactly which month, nobody can tell as there are many inspection and approval by the authorities body before it TOP.

I do not know what size you are looking at, the better stack with reservoir facing are:
Stack 01, 02, 20, 21, 26, 27, 31, 32, 38 and 39.
