I purchased a new launch condo 1BR property in 2018 yet to TOP. It will reach 3 years in July 2021 and I am planning to sell it.
1) How much is the agent selling commission? 1% Or 2%
2) I should not be incurring seller stamp duty if I sell it after 3 years.
3) Is it easy to sell a property which has yet TOP since the property is currently being built? Should I wait for the property to be completely built so a buyer can visualize the unit? I want to achieve the highest maximum capital gain.
