Dear sir,
Leave it as per status quo for now and wait for tenants to let you know their requirements. In truth, with more furnishings provided, there is a tendency to have more follow ups to do. Some of my landlords prefers to keep it unfurnished except for refrigerator and washing machine as they do not want the hassle of checking and maintaining the furnishings and losing time in between rental.
