I owned a 5 room flat with my husband and can I buy a condo with my brother who is singapore PR(single).

Morning Joey,

If you are SC and have fulfilled the MOP, you are eligible to purchase condo with your brother. However, you will need to pay ABSD of 7% as you are second property owner, which is higher than 5%.
