Good morning,

You can approach your HDB branch office to do a transfer of ownership.

First and foremost, you must be eligible under single singapore citizen scheme to own the HDB by yourself.

Secondly you must have enough funds to refund the CPF OA funds that your parents had utilised and have the financial ability to take on a loan if necessary.

A transfer of ownership is required and you can enquire about whether its feasible at the branch office.

Firstly you need to be eligible under the single Singapore citizen scheme to take over (need to be 35 and above). Next you also must have enough funds to refund the cpf OA that the outgoing owners (parents) have utilized and be able to finance the property on your sole name. Morning,

Firstly, you need to be SC above age of 35 in order to be eligible for the purchase. Then you will need to obtain mortgage loan to facilitate the purchase. Lastly, approach HDB for part purchase of your parent's share of the unit. When that is done, your parents can start to hunt for their resale flat. They will be entitled for proximity housing grant. However, they will also need to understand their financial standing.
