I own and live in an EC. The EC has passed the 5 years MOP but not yet reached 10 years. Can I buy another unit in the same EC from the open market?

Afternoon Mr. Chan,

You have fulfilled your MOP requirement hence you are eligible to purchase your second property. Do note that you will be liable for ABSD and your LTV might be affected if your current unit is still on mortgage.
