I own an oversea residential property under development, which will only TOP 2017. Am I eligible to purchase a resale HDB as a PR now?

Evening,

To purchase HDB unit, you are not allowed to have any private residential property in hand. Even if you have any, you are required to remove the ownership status within 6 months from key collection date.
