I own a unit at The Linear. Area is about 1765sq ft. Facing inside. Is it realistic to sell between 900 -1000 S$ per sq ft ?

Hi, The Linear of smaller size did transacted at $900+psf. The bigger unit like yours are currently at $750+psf. To sell at $900psf is not impossible. Every property can sell. It will depend on various factor in order to achieve this level. Upcoming MRT soon at that location and there is a potential. Let me know if you need any assistance.
